Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
By attending certain conference sessions, technical tours, and seminars, you may earn PDHs, which are nationally recognized units of record. Please note there are differences from state to state in continuing education requirements for professional engineering licensure. Each state licensing board has the final authority to approve courses, credits, PDHs, and other methods of earning credits in that state. ASCE/EWRI strongly recommends that individuals regularly check with their state licensing boards for specific continuing education requirements in their jurisdictions that affect professional engineering licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
Professional Development Hours are available to all attendees who participate in the live contents educational sessions. This does not include video-on-demand content or any non-educational sessions (ie. award lectures). An access link to claim your PDHs will be sent post-conference.

Connection Troubleshooting
Most connection issues are because of VPN and/or Firewall issues. We recommend entering the virtual platform prior to the start of the conference to test your computer settings. Speakers should also test their camera compatibility in their designated virtual presentation room. Any attendees with connection issues should immediately contact Vision Creative's help desk at [email protected].
Companies and government agencies typically manage employee internet access with VPNs and Firewalls. Your company may have security settings in place that could block the CONVENETM Virtual Conferencing Platform.
